Interested in learning the valuable skill of how to umpire a softball game or maintain a softball field? 
And make some good money while doing it? 
Then fill out the application form below!

Please note that you must be 13 years old by May 1st,
and 13-15 year olds must apply for a work permit through their school. 
You will need: the work permit letter (below), your social security card and original birth certificate. 
Both parent and child will then need to make an appointment with your school to apply for the permit.
